SDS - Upgrading Elements for Data Sharing

To share data in a System Data Synchronization network, all MiVoice Business elements must be upgraded to 3300 ICP Release 6.0 or later.

To upgrade an element for data sharing

1. Refer to the Technician's Handbook for instructions on how to upgrade the system software.

2. Ensure that the SDS feature in the System Options form is enabled.

3. Add the element to the desired SDS network. See Adding an Element for more information.
